Lineage Coffee Roasting is a specialty coffee roaster founded in January 2012 by husband-and-wife team Jarrett and Justine Johnson in Orlando, Florida. The couple started with a retrofitted grill and an ice cream motor powering a 3-kilogram roaster, and quickly built a reputation for meticulous, small-lot roasting. Thewaytocoffee Now operating three cafés across Orlando — East End Market in Audubon Park, Mills/50, and near UCF — Lineage focuses on sharing its love of coffee with the community, roasting small lots that are hand-picked and cupped to dial in the perfect cup. Beyond retail, the company runs a wholesale program and Lineage Academy, an education-focused arm for coffee classes and training. Its East End Market location, tucked into a lush courtyard setting, has become a favorite gathering spot known for pour-overs, cold brew, and a laid-back, plant-filled atmosphere.
